If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days upon receiving the item to request a return and obtain a full refund.
You can send us a return request at contact@pokeflexstore.com. All products must be in their original condition and not altered in any way before it is returned. Any damaged or defective products are subjected to a full refund. If your product is defective, please attach some photos, as well as the package that came with it as proof.
